Screen Printing

We specialize in screen printed t-shirts and apparel of all styles. Orders requiring 6+ ink colors per design require a minimum order of 72 tees. You can mix and match shirt styles and colors to reach that minimum if the ink colors remain the same. Smaller orders of 24-48 shirts are available if the design requires no more than two colors to print.

Pricing varies by project, depending on the number of ink colors required and the number of locations to be printed.There is a set-up charge of $50.00 per design. If your design is oversized or requires specialty inks or placement, then additional set-up charges will be necessary and minimum orders will increase. Embroidery

We also specialize in custom embroidery using the finest of digitizers to achieve the best detail. Your logo can be sewn on a wide variety of apparel styles, which can be viewed via our apparel catalog links here. We can also special order most apparel brands if you do not find what you are looking for in these online catalogs. Minimum orders of 12 garments are accepted but orders of at least 24 garments have much better pricing. You can mix and match various apparel styles and colors to achieve a larger order.

The set-up cost to digitize your logo is based on the number of stitches required to sew the design (typically $40-50) and is waived for larger order quantities of 144+ garments.Custom embroidered & woven patches are also available.

Dye Sublimation

The use of full color graphics can be printed using dye sublimation techniques on certain fabrics. Pricing for this type of project is determined by the quantity to be printed and the size of the imprint area. This specialty process provides for vibrant detail.
